Cooking Instructions

  • This recipe is so easy and quick, it literally takes 1 minutes to throw together! Mix equal parts milk or yogurt and OrganoNutri Overnight Oats in a jar of your choice.
  • mix thoroughly before refrigerating.
  • Let steep for at least 8 hours in a refrigerator 40° F or colder.
  • In the morning, stir the oats and add a splash of milk or yogurt for a thinner consistency, if desired.
  • Best to eat within 24 hours.
  • Rise, shine, and enjoy!
