Here is a recipe for Kashmiri paya that you can make with OrganoNutri Kashmiri Paaya Masala:

Ingredients:

  • 1 pound goat or lamb trotters, cleaned and cut into 2-inch pieces
  • 1 tablespoon OrganoNutri Kashmiri Paaya Masala
  • 1/2 cup plain yogurt
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon ginger, minced
  • 1 (14.5 ounce) can diced tomatoes, undrained
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1/4 cup chopped cilantro

Instructions:

  1. In a large pot, combine the trotters, masala, yogurt, onion, garlic, and ginger. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat to low and simmer for 2 hours, or until the trotters are tender.
  2. Stir in the tomatoes, water, and cilantro. Bring to a simmer and cook for 15 minutes more.
  3. Serve hot with naan or rice.
