Ingredients:
- 1 pound goat or lamb trotters, cleaned and cut into 2-inch pieces
- 1 tablespoon OrganoNutri Kashmiri Paaya Masala
- 1/2 cup plain yogurt
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon ginger, minced
- 1 (14.5 ounce) can diced tomatoes, undrained
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
Instructions:
- In a large pot, combine the trotters, masala, yogurt, onion, garlic, and ginger. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat to low and simmer for 2 hours, or until the trotters are tender.
